Are you looking to become a bodybuilder but do not know where to start? Finding a good bodybuilding workout routine is a great place to start. You should walk away from this article with the tips to help you find a bodybuilding workout that will help you to gain muscle mass and lose fat.

The main problem people face when it comes to there bodybuilding workout routine is that they workout six to seven times a week for longer than an hour each time. After doing all of that for about six months you begin to realize that you are not losing fat and gaining muscle.

This probably discourages you and makes you think that you are unable to do what you want, gain muscle mass and look like a bodybuilder. Do not think like that. Just read these little tips and you will find out the right way to lift weights.

Tip 1: The first tip I have for you is to not work out six to seven times a week. You should workout no more than five days in one week. You should also never workout the same muscle group two days in a row. This break will help your muscles to grow.

Tip 2: You need to find a workout routine that has the right reps and sets for you. You need to mix up the amount of reps you do each week. I would recommend you do a 5-8 rep workout one week and then do an 8-10 rep workout the next week. You should only be able to do the minimum amount of reps each set, if you can do more than you should add more weight or do extra reps until you feel you cannot do anymore.

Tip 3: It is important when you are working out that you change what you do each week. In tip 2 it says to change the amount of reps you do each week, but you can change more. Change the types of workouts you do. For instance, if you do bench press one week do dumbbell bench press the next. This will help in the long run because you will not get bored with your workout and you will also keep your muscles working.

Tip 4: Find a good diet that suites you. To be a bodybuilder your diet should be 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 40% fat, such as oils. A good diet is one of the most important things you must do in order to gain muscle mass quickly.

Those are just four tips I have found useful in finding a good bodybuilding workout that will help you in becoming a professional bodybuilder

In today’s fast paced society we often grab whatever is quick and easy for lunch or dinner as we rush to get onto the next “big” thing. Many of us simply do not stop and take the time to think about what we are putting into our bodies and the fact is that if you are not eating a nutritional diet, you may find yourself feeling ill or developing a serious medical condition.

One of the most common and serious side effects of an imbalanced diet is obesity. More than 58 million Americans are overweight and more than 40 million are considered obese. However, by incorporating a proper nutritional program into your daily schedule, you will find that maintaining a proper weight will make it easier.

Obesity can lead to many health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and strokes. By maintaining a well balanced diet, you will be able to keep yourself at your ideal weight, as well as preventing further medical conditions.

Following a healthy dietary program will also reduce your risk of certain diseases and illnesses, related to poor nutrition. For example, research has concluded that choosing fast food even just twice a week can increase your risk of developing diabetes.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and there has been some controversy on whether saturated fats that are commonly used at fast food restuarants, plays a role. However, if you want to make sure that you are not at risk for cardiovascular disease, decrease the amount of carbohydrates you take in, as excessive amounts can increase blood glucose and insulin. Eaten in excess, these will increase your risk of heart disease, as well as high blood pressure.

When you begin a healthy diet, you will find that you will not only feel younger, you will end up looking younger. Nutrition plays an important part in the health of the dermis, the innermost layer of the skin. Skin is made up of elastin and collagen and when it does not receive proper doses of vitamin C, you may find that you are more prone to wrinkles and sagging.

Vitamin C, as well as vitamins A and E are antioxidants and will help to reduce the damage caused by free radicals. As vitamin C assists in the manufacturing of collagen, you will find that it will help reduce skin damage, therefore, leaving your skin healthier, as well as, looking more vibrant and fresh.

Another benefit to engaging in a lifestyle of proper nutrition is the increased energy and lack of fatigue you will feel. Food is fuel for your body. If you are not currently following a nutritious diet, you may notice that you will go through spells of fatigue throughout the day. Perhaps, one moment you are feeling very energetic and the next moment tired.

Feelings of fatigue could be due to an overabundance of sugar in your diet. Sugar is known to harm the body in many ways: including raising your cholesterol level and increasing digestive difficulties, such as indigestion, acid reflux, and problems with bowel movements. If you follow a nutritious diet, you will be limiting your intake of sugar and therefore, limiting your risk of health issues associated with sugar.

The fact is, following a proper nutritional program can lead to a healthier lifestyle. When you have more energy, you are much more likely to exercise, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight. You will also reduce the risks of illness and disease that are caused by either a lack of vitamins and minerals or due to an over-abundance of foods that will increase the risk of certain health conditions.

When you enlist in a proper nutritional program, you will find yourself not only feeling healthier, but looking healthier, as well.

However, the reality is that it is a rage among diet aficionados. Thus there are many critics who have pointed the existence of serious flaws with the South Beach diet. A good and balanced diet should possess the capability of controlling cholesterol.

Agatston, the founder of South Beach diet himself has admitted taking statin drugs for controlling his cholesterol. Dr. This is another criticism levelled against South Beach. South beach diet also fails to improve the cholesterol level and halt the intake of statin drugs. Most of the experts are of the opinion that exercise should form an integral part of any diet plan as it helps to improve the metabolism of the body and aids in proper digestion.

The critic are of the opinion that the South Beach diet does not stresses on the importance of exercise and also does not give much weight to exercise in its diet plan. For obese or over-weight people, 20 minutes will not suffice. Critics are of the opinion that 20 minutes of exercise is appropriate for a person whose weight falls under the recommended level. Agatston states that only 20 minutes of exercise is sufficient.

However, Dr. Exercise is an important component is any weight loss program. Critics also argue that the South beach diet does not lay enough stress on exercise. The consumption of commercial pasteurized milk will only worsen the case for many.

Many people are allergic to pasteurized casein and the worse thing is that the awareness level is low. Critics also argue that the emphasis laid on the consumption of commercial pasteurized milk is another minus point with South Beach diet. He also feels that the addition of animal proteins is another minus point of the diet. Fuhrman disapproves of not substituting the carbohydrates with legumes, fruits etc. But at the same time Dr.

On one hand it aptly seeks to reduce the quantity of white flour and sugar that is so commonly found in the dietary pattern of the common American. Joel Fuhrman, author of Eat to Live, states that the South Beach Diet is like a yo-yo diet. Dr. In the absence of fibre, many will be forced to take dietary laxatives.

Fibre plays an important role in the formation of stools and also promotes healthy bowel movements. The South beach diet stresses on having food items that are very low in fibre and much importance is put on having meat, which is again rich in proteins but low in fibre. The first criticism is that it disrupts regular bowl movements. But even South Beach diet has had its share of criticism.

The diet is based on the thinking that the right kind of carbohydrates and fats can help people to control weight and appetite. This translates into staying away from potatoes, rice, pasta etc. But those following the South Beach should allow only the good carbohydrates and stay away from bad carbohydrates. It is based upon the principle that the body should get its share of carbohydrates.

Cardiologist Arthur Agatston, MD, director of the Mount Sinai Cardiac Prevention Center in Miami Beach is the founder of the South Beach diet. Among the many diets, that have gained popularity is the South Beach diet. Everybody is following the latest diet pattern to shed those extra kilos. Wellness and fitness is the new age mantra that has got everyone under its grip.

The ancient art of Yoga is a useful way of staying at the peak of health. It is an ancient art of staying fit, both physically and mentally. The yoga benefits are widespread and they are being discovered even today. The benefits include physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, good mental health and natural healing.

For obese people Yoga is specifically beneficial. Specific yoga poses are available not only for losing weight but also losing weight from specific areas, e.g. the waist or thigh or abdominal areas. Yoga helps tone toning of muscles and obtaining flexibility. Yoga helps to shed excess fat through burning calories, improving metabolism, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The benefits may not be instantly visible, but it is an excellent long-term approach to losing excess fat and maintaining it. Along with it Yoga creates many other positive changes; it improves self-esteem, increases mental clarity, reduces stress, and improves flexibility and increases strength and balance.

To compliment the physical exercises it is important that healthy eating habits are developed. A healthy diet is all about eating the right thing in the right quantity. A Yoga diet ensures the input of proper nutrients. Healthy eating habits make people feel fitter and cleaner. Although the Yoga Diet is not a diet in the common sense of the word, it helps one to lose considerable weight by just eating only healthy foods. Following the basic rules of Yoga Diet alone makes one feel better.

The three main components to the practice of Yoga are: breathing, concentration and posture also known as asanas. All three components work together for achieve specific objectives. Breathing techniques, also known a pranayama, is aimed at bringing more oxygen into our blood stream thereby improving the efficiency of our system. Breathing techniques go hand in hand with the various asanas.

Some of the common Yoga postures include: The Bow posture (Dhanur-asana), Wheel posture (Chakra-asana),One-legged posture (Ekapada-asana), Half Spinal Twist posture (Garuda-asana), Cobra or Snake posture (Naga-asana), Hero posture (Vira-asana), Cow face posture (Gomukha-asana), Plow posture (Hala-asana), Hand-foot-big toe posture (Hasta-pada-angusta), Fish posture (Matsya-asana), King of the Dance posture (Nataraja-asana), Lotus posture (Padma-asana), Turned Side-Angle posture (Parivritta-parshvakona), Wind-releasing posture (Pavana mukta-asana), Locust posture (Shalabha-asana), Corpse posture (Shava-asana), Accomplished posture (Siddha-asana), Shooting bow posture (Akarna dhanur-asana), Half Moon posture (Ardha Chandra-asana), Restrained angle posture (Baddha kona-asana), Half Spinal Twist posture (Ardha Matsyendra-asana), Child posture (Bala-asana), Salutation posture (Anjanaya-asana), Lion posture (Simha-asana), Scorpion pose (Vrischika-asana), Headstand posture (Sirsha-asana), Sun Salutation (Surya-namaskar), Mountain pose (Tada-asana), Shoulder stand posture (Sarvanga-asana), Camel posture (Ushtra-asana), Powerful posture (Ugra-asana), Diamond posture (Vajra-asana), Tree pose (Vriksha-asana) and the Triangle pose (Trikona-asana).

I know I mentioned that I was able to lose weight without any special diets or extreme workouts but what I did can be just viewed as a normal diet and minimal workout routine.

Ephedrine HCL is classified as an expectorant bronchodilator. That means it does several nice things. The expectorant qualities of the synthetic drug thin out and break down mucus and phlegm, thus making it easier to expel from the body. The bronchodilating effects of ephedrine HCL relax smooth muscle tissue in the airways, thus enabling easier breathing for the afflicted. Shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, and wheezing all are rapidly alleviated with the use of ephedrine HCL.

Obesity is defined “clinically” as being 30 pounds or more over your ideal weight and is recognized, in North America – especially the U.S., to be a major killer taking 300,000 lives each year from heart attack, stroke, cancer and diabetes which have ALL been strongly linked to obesity. 300,000 people die each year because they are fat.

Think about that a minute and put that in proper perspective.

52,000+ American soldiers died in Viet Nam during that 10 year war…
35,000+ Americans die each year from car collisions
100,000+ Americans die each year from prescription drugs

But…
300,000+ Americans die each year from obesity-linked diseases. And that isn’t my uneducated guess, that’s the number given in the 2001 Surgeon General’s Report. The report also said that 31% of Americans are obese. With a population of around 300 million people that means 93 million Americans are walking time bombs. People who may die prematurely from a disease directly linked to being obese. And unfortunately the problem has continued to become worse, not better, with obesity now taking a foothold in children. An estimated 14% of children under 18 are obese.

Instead of eating to live people, more than ever, are living to eat and that fact, along with poor nutrition, is causing a major problem.

What can you do right now, today, to wage war on obesity and lose weight?
Here are 3 strategies that you probably won’t take seriously until you are told you have an obesity-linked disease and even then, you may not do anything to help yourself. But, if you are ready to take control of your life and health these 3 things could save your life.

1)Change your eating habits. Eat to live instead of living to eat. Which means:
a)Eating smaller meals 3 – 5 times daily
b)Exercising portion control
c)Cutting useless, empty calorie foods from your menu
d)Consuming less calories than you burn daily

2)Get Moving!
a)Walk at least 30 minutes per day to burn calories
b)Take the stairs not the elevator
c)Participate in a physical sport at least 3 times per week

3)Use safe diet products to help you:
a)Burn fat
b)Suppress appetite and curb cravings
c)Block excess carbs and fat and
d)Cut calorie consumption…
