Feeling better is a very important key to weight loss because people who feel bad and are depressed often gain weight. In order to lose that weigh you’ve got to feel good again, and Acai can help you do that. Studies are inconclusive about weight loss, but the helpful properties of Acai shouldn’t be ignored.
